One cycle reads six RYO tools once, saves the readings, and all three strategies decide from that same unchanged snapshot.
Each receipt carries the threshold that would flip it, recomputed from the values, not written as prose.
Receipts are chained by hash and the head is stamped to Bitcoin through OpenTimestamps.
evidence_diff is exposed as an MCP tool so another agent can read the record.
Business
Enter the RYO-CHAN Hackathon as an agentic research tool, not a signal service.
Stay inside the read-only brief. Ambang never probes for wallet, account or trading capability.
Under Official Rules §5 the work becomes the property of RYO Digital Limited and is not open sourced, so there is no independent launch to plan for in this phase.

Technical
Run the scheduler without a gap, so horizons close and the honesty score stops being empty. This is the single blocking item.
Report a per-regime score only once a regime has thirty resolved calls, and print the sample size beside it until then.
Let a wallet claim a strategy by signing a message, so a track record has an owner without custody of anything.
Close the last coverage gap when RYO exposes derivatives, taking the field map from thirteen to fourteen.
Business
The asset worth charging for is the calibration record, not the calls. The calls are worth nothing without it.
Test one paid shape only, a private workspace for people who want a rule scored but not published.
Offer evidence_diff to other agents in the RYO ecosystem as a read-only skill.
Unvalidated
Nobody has been asked to pay for this yet, and there is no evidence that a calibration record is something people buy rather than something they merely admire. Treat both revenue lines as hypotheses until at least ten people say otherwise.

Take more evidence sources behind the same envelope contract, so a new source cannot quietly change how a decision was reached.
Publish a verify endpoint that needs no login, so anyone can re-run a receipt without trusting the site.
Keep every strategy version forever, so an old receipt never replays against a rule that has since been edited.
Business
Become the place an agent proves it was honest, not the place it proves it was profitable.
Sell verification to marketplaces that list agents, rather than selling predictions to traders.
Rests on one shift
All of it assumes agent marketplaces begin ranking on calibration instead of on returns. That shift has not happened. If it never does, phase three does not have a business behind it and the honest move is to stop at phase two.
What would tell us to stop
Each of these is a condition we can actually observe, with the reading that would trigger it. Writing them down in advance is the only way they mean anything later.
The scores never separate
If every strategy lands near the same calibration after enough resolved calls, then the ranking carries no information and the whole thesis is decorative.

If most cycles leave rules unevaluated because fields do not arrive, the record fills with blanks and there is nothing to be calibrated against.
